Less stress, more exercise

"Less stress, more exercise"


When I get stressed or stuck in problems, my favourite activities are running,  doing boxing and swimming. The reasons that why I like all these activities because it releases all my stress and unhappiness. Moreover it makes me forget all bad things  and helps me to sleep better.
Especially it makes my body fit and firm.
If you want to get good health, you should exercise 20 minuites a day at least  4 days a week ,drink 8 glasses of water a day and always eat healthy food such as fruits and vegetables.
